Agaves are succulent plants known for their rosette-shaped growth and spiky leaves. They are drought-tolerant and require minimal maintenance, making them ideal for xeriscaping and rock gardens.
Place in full sun and allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Water sparingly, as agaves are highly drought-tolerant. Protect from frost and overwatering.
Use a well-draining cactus or succulent soil mix. Plant in a container with drainage holes or directly in the ground in arid climates. Repot every 3-5 years to refresh the soil.
